PeekPea gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations on a case by case basis. Please contact us within 45 days of your order date. 

Custom or personalized orders.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Please expect an average of 2-5 business days to process your order. Shipping times vary and PeekPea cannot guarantee shipping times. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. PeekPea is not responsible for delays due to customs.
